Headlight bulbs (not hid)

Looking at osram night breaker plus, but does anyone know of a better bulb?

CBA fitting hids.

I have Phillips bluevision plus, once I de-clouded my headlight lenses they made a nice improvement- not blue either

Fitted osram cool blue 4000k things, £7 for the pair at a local car spares place. Very Very good bulbs.
