You mean the mini-adjustors on the rear of the headlight mate?

I have one here if you need it, but they can become dis-engaged from the internals of the light.
Have you noticed any wobble in the beam?

yea...is there more than one motor for it? i can only assume its the one that has the ball and socket joint? havent noticed anything like that but ill give it bash tongiht and get back to you if i see it wobble! cheers

Yeah the adjustors, there's one for each light, and they have a ball on them which engages in the socket within the light. If this comes apart then the internals should be free to wobble whilst driving etc.

It may be that the allen-bolt just needs turning to adjust the beam if the adjustor is still intact and working correctly.

ill have to figire out if theres a way to check and see if its moving with the motor or not first, theres no wobble. it all feels tight where the bulb is, tried moving it with my hands there

Yeah if it was loose you'd be able to move it there. Turn the car's ignition off and adjust the allen bolt slightly.
Then as you stand near the headlight get someone else to start the car, lights should come on and the adjusted headlight should "return home".
This will prove it's working. As I say it may just be mis-aligned.

How hard is it to replace the motor? Ive got the same problem on the drivers side light however i cant even manually adjust it :s There is no wobble so i cant have come disengaged.

30 second job, just twist the adjuster out and unclip it from the channel in the light interior and your away.

Rite....Ive had the motor off and it seems to be fine with the manual adjuster still working. Im stumped as to why the light won't adjust now. With the motor off the black rod will spin with abit of force but does not adjust the beam, is the actual light broken? If you push/pull the black rod about the whole light unit moves?!

Anyone any idea to which bit i need replacing??
