Headlight scratch removal help

I have alot of scratches/cracks on the headlights, just wondering what is the easiest way to get rid of them? Thanks

Sandpaper and a polish with a machine.

I removed some light scratches out of my headlight the other day with Autoglym Paintwork Revitaliser (or what ever it’s called) and then AG Super Resin Polish. It’s absolutely like new now, didn’t think for one minute it would turn out so well. I wouldn’t feel confident using a mechanical polisher myself so why not give it a go manually first as I did.
