Have to have the engine running & the lights switched on then pull the windscreen washer & the lights should get a shower too!

yep headlights have to be on.

u can hear the 2nd pump kick in as well, once the water as hit the windscreen... another sound will er.... sound

Plus you have to hold it on for a bit longer than normal
