ive started sanding my headlights as they have gone werid like scratches fading i was told fine sand paper and polish well i started doin that 2day and its now gone cloudy any one help on what to do or what to use thanks asap looks s**t

My 172 headlights are a state too,

You need to correct them using a PC polisher.

any other comments as i need to correct my mistake maybe diff grit paper or what ever

1500 > 2000 > 3000 Grit sandpaper,

Rotary polisher to polish them back up. Or you will be there a long time.

Or to polish back up after by hand: Heavy cut > Medium cut > Light cut Polish And an arm that will feel like you w**ked for a week after.

I seem to have very dim headlights compared to everyone else on the road, as driving with high beams everywhere isn't an option, should I try sanding them down or do you think just I should try brighter bulbs to start with??
