Headlights are a mess!

Right I got some 1200 grit wet and dry, do I just sand them till the scratches are gone and then polish? and could I use any polish or is there a certain one that only works?

Most people say work your way though the grades, 1500, 2000 and then 2500 all wet.

I got mine to come up like this,

And I just used a DA polisher with some Scratch X. Theres still a few light scratches but millions times better than when I bought them!

Good luck:)

Doesnt matter, if your not using a machine to polish back up and only going by hand and polish, try and keep the grit of sandpaper high i.e. 2000 / 2500 like someones said above, on my 1.2 i made the mistake of using too harsher sandpaper and it took me ages to polish out the scratches that weren't necessary.
