Headlights

Just wondering, what would be the best bulbs to replace my current standard headlights with, to give a Xenon look?
Without me buying Xenons!

HID kit.. Not sure on legality of them though...

I got some Ice White bulbs off ebay, Wouldnt say they look like xenons but there bright white and look much better.

Also get some LED side lights to complete the look.
