182s are auto-adjusting. You can manually change it by using an allen key on the white screws on the bottom of the headlight unit.

u got a pic of what the adjuster looks like jesus?

It's a little white tubular thing with an allen-key shape inside. You can't miss it You may even be able to access it without removing the entire unit, by pulling the motor out.

You can adjust them from the top, that's what an MOT tester would do.
