Any1 able to tell me how to get the he'd lights out a 06 clio dynamic

Is that the MK3?
And by getting the headlights out, do you mean removing the bulbs or the whole headlamp unit?

Pretty sure there is a guide in the guide section for that.

Bumper off job I believe. Well it is on the 197. Few screws under the bonnet, take wheels off (front), arch liners out, couple more screws on the inside of bumper.
