Headunit and stereo Help

ive got a mk2 172
I have a expensive sony headunit that i want to put in my car

What plugs do i need to connect to the renault setup - iso adapter
what cd changer leads if there available?
and also for the steering wheel controls??

And does the display on the dash still work with aftermarket unit??

And lastly where do people run there power lead for the subs through the bulkhead?

wow thats alot of questions, as long as you hve the iso's they should pug straight in.
no cd changer wires prob different if you have a standard cd changer.
you have to buy 2 different leads for the display and the steering wheel controls.
and behind the water coolant to the right you can feed your power cable, its the same hole as your bonnet release cable

right excellent, il just ring autoleads and get all the bits i need then, just wondered if the displays still work etc, would like to keep the cd changer if i can really!!

on the changer they normally have different connections on the wires depending on the make, so u prob won't be able to.
think you have to pull part of the dash of to wire the lead for the display at the top.

The Renault uses iso adpaters for power and speakers

Renault Cd chnagers can only be used on the shock head unit unless your feeling like an electrical master.
