Heating & Humming

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I have a 03 plate Clio 172 with climate control. Heater fan not working at any speeds at all. Checked fuses, checked motor, all ok. Would be greatful for any info on this matter. Another[/FONT] thing I have noticed is that there is a humming type noise which is there whenever the ignition is on (engine started or not).

Is this related to that resistor issue under the skuttle board?

the heater fan will probably be resistor, and the buzzing comes from the interior light its the climate control sensor will need taken apart cleaned and oiled
