Heating trouble

Not a great time of year for this to happen but on my way home last night my heating cut out. evrything else seems to be working fine, the climate control display is still on, if i ajust where i want the blowers to blow it still makes noise there is just no air coming thru. Im starting to feel the cold!

Any ideas???

First port of call is the fuse... then the resistor pack.

checked fuses, they are all ok.
where do i find the resistor pack?
