Hello from Blackpool Area

Hi All,

just a quick hello after joining the forum, from the blackpool / preston area.

after owning 5 impreza's i always heard clio sports were fun so decided to try one.

got myself a nice 53 plate clio sport 172 - 1 owner from new 62k on clock with history and cambelt recently changed.

enjoying the car - seems quick enough but thought it'd be a little faster in acceleration - seems to hold back in second - speaking to a mate who's had one he said the same thing - what modifiactions are best to free up a few extra horses?

also had a couple of twitchyness on the bends - is this normal or am i just used to 4wd ?

my car is totally standard at the moment.

originally from near stanley park, just outside now - whats the best mods? usual exhaust and filter first? can the 172's be mapped?
