I'm Alejandro and i'm from Santiago, Chile. i find your forum when looking for some info about my car. i'm happy to see that there is a lot of mechanical and performance info and not only tuning. i participate every 2 month or so in Trackdays.
about my car:
i have a 2006 clio 1.6 16v (K4M engine). the car is great, few mod's and it can ride very well. at the moment it have only "basic" mods. wheels & tires, koni springs, intake, exhaust, and remap. and some ICE too. we hit 100.1 whp at the dyno. it isn't that much but it has good handling. on autocross we get very good results, beating other high powered cars.
now i'm going for bigger mods. turbo kit and coilovers.
from the turbo kit i have lots of things, turbo, IC, piping, intake and exhaust manifolds. just need 2 thing to install: better internals (conrods, piston will stay original for now), and new ecu for good seting. i'm going for a megasquirt set.
for the coilovers i don't decide what to install. i'm between the FK silverline X or the KW V2. both are damping adjustables but don't know which has better performance.
