help a newbie

hey guys, im new on this thread but have been lookin on here for the last week or so and found alot of useful advice that has helped me and im in need of some more lol

ive currently got a MK2 2001 1.2 8 valve clio and am after an exhaust or induction kit for it but am not sure whats best. ive got a universal savage exhaust on atm which i think is just a waste of time so im looking to replace it wiv something decent.

im not really after an increase in performance im mainly looking for a sportier sound, unlike the disgusting sound im getting from the savage 1. a local retailer has recommended a PECO back box for £125 or a RAGE DUAL SPEC for £179.99. I dont want to pay all that money if its going to sound exactly like the savage 1 i currently have which i think is too loud even on silent, not to mention it doesnt sound good.

I dont no much about this kind of stuff so i was hoping you guys could give me your advice on what i want to look out for wether it be an exhaust or induction kit

u cant beat a custom made one.
i had one made at ashley performance exhausts in walsall but my bro has had one made for his punto at mij performance, its the absolute dogs, and they only charged him 200quid for a full system!

i'd probly go for a magnex mate. good quality zorsts, not sure how much they are tho, you'd have to look em up!!
