HELP-BADBOY BONNET MK2 CLIO

HELP- how do i make a bad boy bonnet for a mk2 clio 98-00? ive seen them done but havent got any idea how! coz the bonnet sits flush with the headlights, if anyone can help id be most grateful.

needs a plate welding over the lights and then smoothed into the bonnet so it looks factory, job for the pros
