Help - Engine cuts out

Hi, bit of a problem here

Ive got a 94 Valver and since last night when you pull up to a junction or whatever and change down to first, just before you stop the battery and oil lights come on and it stalls. Not violently, the engine just stops running. Any ideas? Battery is fine, and sos the oil level, and the grade of oil.

I am certainly not a mechanic, and do not know a lot about under the bonnet stuff. But could it be a lack of fuel? My 1st car had a similar problem, changed fuel filters and pumps etc.

Hopefully someone else might be able to confirm or give you a bit more of a clue.

Sounds like it could be the oxygen sensor

Could be the idle speed control valve. Mine done the same then after it was replaced it was fine.
