Help Identifying Plug

Does anyone know what the connector in the photo is for ? I'm installing some USB sockets in the center console and came across this one which seems to have a 12V switched pin so will be used to power my USB ports but before I chop it up I would like to know what's it was originally supposed to be connected too.
