Currently looking at a car to buy and it has some stain / bird poo etching or paint stripper im not sure on what it is, i havnt seen the car in person but he said '' like something has reacted with the paint work and made it go like wrinkly skin ish is the best way i can describe it ''
Not a fantastic picture but it's the best i have atm.

Looks like it COULD be egg but cant see any egg impact marks, are there little circles of chips anywhere?

Honestly mate i'm not sure, like i said i havnt seen the car yet. But ill get him to try and get some close up pictures for me tomorrow

That requires a respray. The lacquer has reacted. Paint-stripper or something equally as harsh.
