Does anyone know how to fit double optic headlanmps onto a standard clio. Apparently there is an official wiring diagram but i cant find it!

you can get some adaptor cabels from Hella and the job is easy done! to get the two beams to work together you just have to insert a fuse in the fusebox I think it has a light symbol and it al will work fine!!! I´ve done it on mine and it took about an hour

I got mine form Hella, the same thats making the headlamps, thyey fit in the H4 socket and ends in a H7 socket(highbeam) and HB3 socket(lowbeam) the side and repeater lights use the same sockets as the old headlamp. Get som Bluevision bulbs from Philips for the high and low beam and they look fanastic!!!!!

I got the double optics but the garage i took them to said it was a very difficult job and nothing like the way u have done it so if u could be more specific about the cables (part no) and where they go it would be a great help.

Is it Hella headlamps???

I have a number :89 8ka 152 601-001 cableadabtor Clio 4/98- You have H4 bulbs now right? and the double optik are with HB3 and H7? I did it just the way i wrote so I hope you can find the cables! I know it´s a Hella part!!!

the numbers for the headlamps are: 1el 007 510-091 =left headlamp and :1el 007 510-101= right headlamp you can find them with picture on the website too!!!

no no it´s ok remember too insert a 10 amp fuse to get it to work corect I´ll take a look where to insert it. Most garages don´t know how to fit them, I asked too when I did it. They also told me that it was not a easy job and bla bla.....Let me know how it goes! good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!1

ok open your fusebox on the side of the dash starting from the top left you should have a airbag symbol on fuse 1, after fuse number 3 there is a blank with the symbol for highbeam you can see two metel sockets in the hole, in the instruction manual it says not in use or somthing like that. Put in a 10 amp fuse and your lowbeam will now stay on when highbeam. I have a clio 1999 and it should be the same on yours, let me know how it goes!
