HELP! Locking nuts?

I own a clio 172 (non-cup) and need to change the brake pads asap. Im not sure if my particular 172 has locking nuts. The 4 nuts all look the same, but there is a bigger nut in the middle of the wheel. Is this the locking nut???

No, a locking wheel nut replaces one of the normal nuts with one that needs a special key to remove.

No thats not a locking nut lol and i wouldnt advise changing your own pads
