1995 Clio Mk1 1.8 RT, Bought 258mm discs but meant to get 238mm.

Hi, I know there has to be a post related to this but I can't find one. was going to change out pads, discs, and calipers but I accidentally bought 258mm discs instead of 238mm. Now the caliper bracket won't fit. I'll keep the discs as long as the only thing I need to replace is the bracket.

Is there anything besides the bracket that is different with these discs? Specifically, are the calipers, pads, and master cylinder the same? If not then I'll just get 238 discs, but bigger brakes are cool.

It sounds like you just need the caliper carrier bracket from a 16v/Williams

pretty sure twingo mk2/base clio mk2 items will fit too (same 259mm discs)

Hang on, so you have clio 1.4 brakes that fit onto your 5gtt hubs, they look the same as my 172 items.

For anyone in the future, everything fit. I used standard mk2 carriers to fit the 258mm vent discs and they fit under the 14" wheels but just barely. 😅
