Help!! Mac wifi issues

Im getting weird behavior from the new macbook.

It works with my router for a period then it disconnects and refuses to reconnect.
The network is open, no keys no nothing.

The old mac (which didnt have 802.11n) functioned correctly but the new one seems to lock up the router. any ideas?

also what wifi u using just the Apple components? i use a USB dongal and i never have issues

using WPA or WEP? My macs never worked with WEP.

had the same problem, it might be the Router itself, ours was dodgey and we replaced it and got a belkin 1.. never had any problems works perfectly.. try and borrow another router.

my mac has alwas worked on wep encryption

Doesn't matter, Tom said there was no security on it.. Heh.

My Mac works with WEP too no problems.

Airport Extreme's are good, yea.
Especially now you can connect disk drives for NAS.
