Help!!!!! (my friend) please!

Can some of you clever people help? Occasionally some websites that have pictures or attachments with pics can't be viewed by my friend. I used to have that problem (common to AOL) but I discovered that by disabling Norton (temporarily) I can look at pics or downloads. I suggested this to my friend but she doesn't have Norton and still can't view some pics so does any of you clever folk have a solution please?

Do you have an example of a site which isn't showing pictues? Also what browser is she using?

Could be firewall setting or browser setting.

Check the settings in the Internet Options.

Open Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab(on the top right) -> scroll down and check the mulimedia ones are ticked/unticked correctly.
