Help!! Need some ideas please :)

Hello all, new to forum.
I have a 200 cup and the engine makes a knocking sound. Its really odd, it only happens when the engine is warm, only on idle and the car drives and pulls perfectly fine. Its had a new oil pump, oil chain, cambelt, dephaser, rod bearings and bolts. Still makes the noise. Any ideas? Ive attached a video of the sound. TIA

Did a renault specialist do the work above for you using all the correct locking tools etc when work was carried out?


To me that sounds very similar to the noise of a dephaser pulley that needs replacing

Yeah was all done with correct tooling. If it was dephaser pulley would it only appear on idle and when engine is warm?

Unfortunately my knowledge is rather limited and i cant say for sure, usually a dephaser pulley makes noise regardless but im also unsure if these are the same dephasers on the 200 cup.
