Help Please 2 Problems

Hi everyone hope someone can help.
first problem how do i get the steering wheel of my 2002 172. Do you need a special tool so you dont set the air bag off.
Second problem when i get up to about 60mph my steering goes really light and feels dangerous. I have checked the tyre pressure and changed the front suspension but its still the same. HELP

The air bag 1 is quite simple.Turn the wheel a quarter so that the thumb grips are at 12 and 6 o'clock.Now look at the back of the wheel and you will see two metal loops you need a flat screwdriver or something similar,you have to twist the hoops enough to be able to relese the airbag from the wheel.When you have done both there are two plugs on the back one is green and the other is orange
