HELP!!! please......

Right I washed the car today, thought I'd have a go at the engine too, cleaned it all up with engine cleaner - sprayed WD on the electrics and when rised off lightly sprayed water over engine. Left the car running for 5-10 mins. later this evening I came to start the car..fine! set off down the road..all is well untill it just starts missfiring??!!
Next the emmissions light starts flashing?! WTF!

At low revs its fine! but as soon as you apply any more power it just sounds like a scooby!

I came back from town and had a quick look and left the engine ticking over its slightly lumpy on tick over.

Any ideas please as I have to use the car tomorro!

update - I have had a look at all the spark plugs this morning and found some slight water on them when I pulled them out.

Ran the car for a good 10 mins, came to give it some revs and it seemed ok. but then started up again.

Checked the coil pack to see if they were all firing and they are.

UPDATE! cleaned all the plugs up and checked all the connections, fireed it up and let it tick over for about 40mins took it for a drive and all fixed!

Takes abit to rev (seems to be holding back) ordering up some new plugs, leads and coilpack - so it will be like new.

only cleaning up engine due to refitting the front struts, it runs fine now. But next service it needs plugs anyway!

It will need new plugs and leads, have seen thisa few times on Clio's, it would have contaminated the end of the leads, and the plugs too, dont worry about the coil pack-you will be wasting your money
