If you mean the outer part of the clutch cable end that comes through the bulkhead, it has 2 plastic wings that pop out when it is pushed through the hole in the bulkhead to hold it in place, you need to compress the 2 plastic wings using long nose pliars/screwdrivers and ideally have someone else pulling the cable out from the engine bay as it is a bit awkward to do on your own.
I'm sure there is a couple of large headed nuts/washers that hold that brown coloured foam material behind the pedal assembly, you can remove them and move the foam material out of the way a little to get a better look at the hole in the bulkhead.
