HELP! rear heated screen lines broken

just had me 12k service and asked them to look at the rear screen cos 4 lines wernt heating up, they found a scratch which has broke the lines and they said it aint covered under warrenty and they cant get hold of a touch up pen to fix it as they said it aint made anymore?? now im sure it must be available from somewhere?

does any1 know where i can get one from or does any1 sell them?

or does any1 know of another way i can repair the breaks?

i had a broken rear screen, changed mine under waranty luckily

keep pushing em and giving em grief... which renault garage did u go?

go to autoglass or sumone, halfords no longer sell it, windscreen repair guys carry it, i got mine done for free
