Help? Rear Speaker stopped working how can i replace

The speaker on my 1.2 expression has stopped working and i want to replace it. upto now i have the rear trim half off and have noticed there arent any screws holding the rear speaker in. so what do i need to do to take the old one out and put the new one in ?
