Help required - I want to make a Flickbook from a YT Video.. Beer tokens offered!

Hoping some genius on here might be able to help.

Basically, a mate of mine is getting married, and i want to make an embarrassing flickbook of a YT video he's featured in. Video is here, and he's the numpty caught on camera crying between 12:02 and 12:05.



Is anyone clever enough to lay me out a sheet that i can print off in big QTY's, cut and stick together and voila?

Happy to offer beer tokens for anyone who can spare some time- my work PC is all locked down, or i'd download a program from the web that would do it.

So you basically want three seconds of images? At say 12 frames a second? So 36 images? Given to you as say, 8 images per a4 page?

Yeah, I guess that would work mate. Any easy way of doing it? Tutorial on YT suggests iMovie might be capable but I'm a Macless pauper.
