what kind of input do the tv's have --- best solution would be to build yourself a tiny pc ie : via ITX or similar run the software off that through the pc's tv out port to your screens . ive never seen a tv out or vga out device for a pda or similar

i'd look into one of the sat nav headunits, and to see what outputs they have. think its going to be expensive with the outputs you need

you'd be best off looking at a sat nav unit really will cost you alot more to do it your way. either the garmin c310 or tom tom go 500. alternatively you could try doing through a pda unit, mio 168 is a good unit and you can use tomtom's software.
try www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk thats who i work for.

mini pc is another name for a pocket pc or pda, basically it has windows software on it and you can put tomtom software on it via sd card. but will need a car kit, bluetooth reciever, if the pda doesnt had a built in reciever. best option is the tomtom, or garmin c310.
