HELP! Seat Subframes

Strippin my car out at the mo and need to take the complete seat subfram out

Found two screws on the outer side of the frame but the other two seem to be under the car somewhere?

Ne help would be great

you mean the fronts. Yeah 2 are inside the car, and the other 2 are under the car by the side of the exhaust, easy peasy to get out, unless its rounded off like mine

i had a feel underneath earlier but could only feel the heatshield ones

they up into the heatshield or more towards the edge of the car?

yeah they are up in the heatshield. ull have to actually lookm rather than feel, as they are sort of inside 2 holes (if u know what i mean)

The nuts were rusted on like fcuk and with only a scissor jack holdin up one side it was quite scary to say the least

did u fit a roll cage in ur clio mate????

nice double garage to work in, manage to strip the whole interior in about 2 hrs!

No was gonna get a cage but insurance wanted £375 on top!!!!

I phoned up HIC and told them about all my mods including my roll cage and it didnt really bump the price up at all

mine was £880 for alll my mods which i thought was cool give them a call

Rollcages are for extra safety.... Grrrr they should reduce the fee not increase it.

Finally got my new Monacos in yesterday, had problems with subframes. The ones I got didnt fit as they were for ph1 clios which dont fit the later ph2s with height adj seats. The company I got the seats and subframes didnt have a clue and I ended up getting ph1 runners from the scrappy to fit. Just thought I would mention it if anyones buying subframes.

Yea i had the same problem with mine, i got the frames for the PH2 not the PH1 so had to drill the holes myself which cost me about 10 drill bits

Im with Admiral which are quite good on mods but roll cages they dont like
