help springs or shocks

Springs or shocks?

Know this has been asked before but lots of people say lots of different things. want to keep the ride quality, but dont want my car to look over slamed. Still need to have passengers in it, without the car bottoming out on bumps.

Can you help, whats the best to fit? and also on a bubget .

Just fit springs......itll be easiest, cheapest and closest to what your looking for.

shockers alone wont alter the vehicle height its the springs that determine that.as ben says springs is the easiest option and their the only way it would lower the car anyway.
