help, tumble drier is playing up

it stopped spinning but made a buzzing sound, then after some persuasion it worked again, now just been informed its doing the same again, any ideas??

belts ok, checked that because i replaced it a couple months ago.

motor brushes? check to see if there low.

just googled it and it sounds like it the "capacitor" just ordered one for £12 so hopfully thatl solve it, i dont think they come with bushes, thats what the flux capacitor is for i think

yeah i think your right, was our washing machine that I had to replace the brushes in.

Hopefully you get it sorted

Most probably the starter or cap as you say. Easy fix. Don't let a shyster sparky change the motor for you (on exchange) for 100 quid. Theiving barstewards!
