help urgent with contacts on macbook

i lost my Phone on friday night and know i have recently backed it up on my macbook. i want to know where i can find my contacts on my laptop so i can phone my tradesmen for work tomorrow.

iPhone? All your contacts will be in the app 'Address Book'. I have mine synced with Google too.
