help with custom brake lines?

Hi im putting a straight length of stainless hose to the rear calipers on my 172 cup what union sizes will i need to go into the top of caliper is it 7/16s? Also is it the same for the union to the link box thing on the frame?

its all M10 x 1 and a few M12 x 1 (i think) nothing is imperial
