Help with induction kit, Please :D

Going to have a go at fitting an inductoion kit for my mate tomorrow who has a 1.4 clio mk2.

the only things i need to know are:

The induction kit i have is from a 1.2 clio made by Pipecross, Will this fit the 1.4?

Also the plastic part that the cone fits to , has two holes at the bottom/top, Would these be for screwing onto the part the orignal air filter kit comes from?

+ anything i need to know about?
