Help with prep

Got a Silver alloy wheel that i want to spray anthricite. I'm armed with the anthricite, but unsure what to do with the prep of the wheel. Do i just key the Silver finish with some wet and dry? If so what grade? I dont need to re primer do i? There is no dmage to the finish etc...........

If there's no damage and the finish of the silver is fine, then just give it a rub down with some grey scotchbrite then paint over the top of it. Job done.
