help, xenon issues!

Right, first is the following picture of a xenon bulb holder correct? I know there is a metal version with a wire clip but I appear to have the other version. So is this one the correct one for clio xenons?

If it helps , this is the xenon that I need this bulb holder for,

If its not can someone please point me in the right direction?

I tired of not having my xenons now and just want this sorted.

Thank you for your help and I'm sorry to keep going on about this.

Cheers Andy

Please, this is literally killing me, All I need is someone to say whether the black plactic bulb holder in the first pic is the one for my headlights in the second pic,

Thankyou please.

I remember f0xy saying he had a set like mine so I can't be the only one with this random configuration ,

I beg, someone must know!

there are two versions yeah, the older 172 xenon design use the big plastic ring thing to lock the bulb in...........whereas the 182 ones like i have have a metal spring retaining thing to hold the bulb in.

these were a 172 set, with the black thing that screws on to hold the bulb in.........by the looks of it, it is the black screw on holder thing that you need, but i cant say for DEFINATE, as i cant remember what mine look like with the metal retaining clip

Thank you so much f0xy , this is the clarification I needed.

All I need now is some plastic rings, doubt reno will sell me them separately, oh well just have to search ebay or something.

Thanks to everyone that has helped with this, Think its taken 3 threads to get to this point,

cheers guys,
Andy

Also just to confuse some more I had a set of 2 sets of 182 xenons (grey surrounds) and they used the metal 172 type configuration for holding the bulbs.
