Virgin Media Issue

Afternoon

no matter what I do I can’t stop the green WiFi light flashing on the hub. I’ve done several reboots but it hasn’t corrected it.
I appear to have internet connection, but Sky Q has lost connection and won’t reconnect.
Sky Q is hard wired to router.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check online with their status checker to see if there’s issues in your area

or ring 150 and they’ll do a check while your on the phone (do you have a VN phone line)
