CLIO 1.2 MK2 - MK1 MX-5
Hi everyone,
i was after a bit of advice, i have a '99 v-reg clio 1.2 and im not sure if it is the wheel bearing i need to change as there is a bit like a droaning noise coming from the front left wheel but nothing excessive. its seems more like tyre road noise but worse, could ther be anything else wrong with it? sometimes it goes a bit queter and it only seems to be noisy at over around 20mph. i have checked for free play in the wheel and ther is none.also when i hav spun the wheel when it was jacked up it didnt make this noise. i had had a look at the track rod end bolt as i was goind to take the hub off to get a new bearing and it was just turning. it would tighten up and it wouldnt slacken neither.
doea anyone have any ideas???
