Help!!!

My sport just broke down and i have a funny feeling the timing belt has snapped will this be expensive to fix??

What makes you think the cambelt has snapped?

bummer!!! if it has gone it depends what rev range/speed to how much damage has been done, i have seen 2 valves bent but not damaging the cylinder head to all valves bent and cylinder head ready to b scrapped but as of yet no damage to any pistons. Hope that's any help but cant remember how expensive the repairs have been but i have always fitted a new dephaser pulley..hope it survives and stays on the road
