Thought i'd sign up as i had the crazy thought of going for a clio .. I'm stuck between a cliosport and a VXR .. and i think the VXR might have to wait a while due to it being kinda far out my price range and it being the car I've wanted for years it might have to wait

A long term and good mate of mine on here (Jaswalker24) has a black 172 and its pretty nippy imo and i thought why not go for one as they're more in my price range!!

If you get one thats got good service history and has had the belts done then you should be ok really. Just dont buy a dog and expect it to be great haha

im checking one out atm and its got this .. "Timing belt/water pump/dephaser pulley done 29/10/13" .. if thats been done then i dont really have to worry about it then ? this is on a 182

nice one .. this is the car! .. the inside will take a bit of work but this is what i was planning to do in the first place.. it looks and sounds okay but i wanna see what you lot think!

Quite a nice one, not sure on the wheels though.

Make sure theres proof of the belts etc being done and hopefully done at a specialist rather than a back street garage.
