There`s a box in the top right hand corner that says search.Type ` 1.4 suspension lowering ` into it and you should find all you need.
Last time I looked there was a kit for £235 on ebay.
M90SR bought one,so PM him for some feedback.

I had rokkor/raceland coilovers on my old 1.4, keep an eye out for used ones for around £120.

They fit the 16v range (1.2,1.4,1.6)
