Hi new to this forum
i am 17 in march and really want a 1.2 clio
but i want to put a 172 engine in it?
what are the complications
i am a apprentice mechanic and will have help fitting it
but is there any complications with it?
wiring not right, gear selectors different etc?
can anyone help?

I would have thought putting a 172 engine in a 1.2 would cost more than just buying a 172.

He's an apprentice mechanic. Therefore it's all part of the fun and will be a good learning curve for the lad.
