Here's a few quick bits of advice though:
* Work out what you can realistically afford. It's better to have a mint Ph1 than a knackered Ph2 182. If well kept & serviced properly the RS clios can be as reliable as any other car. These are getting cheap and as such there is a lot of s***e on ebay etc from people who thought they could afford to own them, but it turned out they couldn't. (not that they're particularly expensive to run, you can get 50 MPG if you do 60mph on the motorway, it's just these people aren't intelligent)
* If you're planning to "tune" the engine, buy something else. The F4R engines are highly tuned, have a limited design and are down on book power to start with.
* In breif: Ph1 or 172 cup for the pure driving experience. 182 FF for a fantastic all-rounder. Ignore the 182 cup. Use the search feature to find out what an "FF" is :L
