My 1.6 16v clio has developed a hum/whine! this seems to be coming from the rear of the car! I have changed the brake shoes and the bearings seem ok! the noise come on at around 20mph and gets louder and more intense as speed increases, this is totally independent of the engine noise!..............can anyone help?
