How can I get rid of music playing on my PC?

Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of some awful continuous noisy music that has played on my computer ever since I clicked on a TV guide (digi-guide) for a programme that was on earlier, using this programme, set a couple of days ago .

IT'S BEEN PLAYING NON STOP NOW FOR TWO HOURS AND IT'S DAMNED ANNOYING !!

HELP!! How can I stop it? I've turned the PC off and on and it still won't go!!!!

ctrl+alt+delete -> processes -> look for something that might be linked to that site/program -> click it -> press delete -> yes,

repeat untill it stops -> when it stops remember what program it was and WRITE IT DOWN then restart your pc and double check it and make sure it is still there (and to prove it starts when your pc does!), stop it again to shut it up and do the following

go to Start -> Run -> type 'msconfig' -> press enter -> go to startup (last tab) -> find the file -> untick the box -> press apply -> restart your pc and see if it has worked.

if not google it or ring the company and shout loudly at them :approve:
