How do I find out how much credit a phone has?

Very thick of me I know, but I'm trying to make a guide for my granny to use her phone & I'm not sure how to check how much credit an orange phone has?

yes i am a girl as you so kindly put it! haha i always have o2 phones so i dunno anything about orange!

have checked to see if they are saved and doesn't appear to be any!
